Chardonnay
We found these grapes in a vineyard in Spain, not too far from the Pyrenees Mountains. Unoaked Chardonnay is still dry, but brighter with a cleaner, not-so-heavy finish. It pairs better with a variety of foods including salads, seafood, and grilled summer vegetables.
